Rob Niessen

I was born in the Netherlands in The Hague, near the coast. As I grew up, the worries of the world tiptoed around me.

As a child, I felt an irresistible pull toward those enigmatic computer boxes—the ones that came alive with a few lines of code. My parents, wise and understanding, never nudged me toward my dad’s construction company. When the crossroads appeared, I chose the path of self-employment giving me the chance to construct my own digital world. And so, armed with a keyboard and fueled by dreams, I stepped into the binary world. No hard hat needed; just a heart full of ambition.

After 25 years i am mastering both broad and in-depth knowledge of software development and the associated processes. I am happy to be the “spider in the web” with devising and designing (complex) solutions to make others perform optimally.

Being part of the WakahChan – Holistic Living organization is indeed a gift. Their mission resonates with my drive to create meaningful solutions that truly make a difference. Together, we weave purpose into every line of code, every interface, and every digital embrace. It’s more than work; it’s a shared journey toward holistic well-being
