Cristina Alvarez

I was born in Mexico City, yet grew up between Puebla, Mexico and the U.S (Houston, Tx). For a while, I became part of a youth environment focused on the campaign of governmental party (P.A.N) and also worked teaching within a bilingual sector to kids and also engineers from a well-known company called Pelican.

In high school, I got recognition and a scholarship for being the fastest within the state of Tx on completing a reading and writing knowledge-based assessment test (TAKS-Texas assessment in knowledge and skills) followed by breaking time record and obtaining a 100% perfect score in the entire state. I’m a big fan of Philosophy and literature. Growing up, I was involved in music, which lead me to singing and playing certain instruments, yet my main focus was singing. I participated in numerous bands since a young age and got to share my vocals amongst amazing artists and producers which opened doors within the entertainment environment. I studied business/marketing in the UDLA in Puebla Mexico, then moved to Texas and continued studying nutrition and Kinesiology as basics in HCC, then became a Certified Laser and Vein specialist at Avante Laser Institute.

I worked for Bureau Veritas in the meantime, which is a French Inspection company certifying government documents, so product could be imported and exported, which opened the doors (through recommendation) to Santos CMI, where I participated in the management team for the area of procurement. Santos CMI is a company that handles projects within Engineering, Procurement, Construction and commissioning for power generation, Oil & Gas, as well as, mining & industrial areas. I also took part in event planning for large companies such as shell, BP, Schlumberger, and other corporate events. I was then offered to become part of an amazing event magazine called Perfect Party Planner Guide and was able to bring results from and for every single client that participated. We organized #1 events with outstanding providers.

After this, I partnered up with the CEO of the magazine and opened a SPA, which was called Namaste Laser and Med Spa, but had to leave it behind due difficulties that arose in my pregnancy. I took time off to become a full-time wife and mother of 3 beautiful children for a while and moved to Austin Tx alongside my family, where I was offered to represent and become brand ambassador for the brand Tecate through a company called NOVAMEX, which later on I was asked to organize and manage brand ambassadors, because of my achievements in regards to the number of sales that were way beyond what was expected on my behalf.

My family and I decided to move back to Houston because my husband was offered a high-status corporate position in a corporation called Star Brokerage. Therefore, I became CFO and partner of Asteptem International Corporation, which focused on trading and negotiating high status projects that involved, Fine Art, PPE, Governmental negotiations and more; all alongside well known respected and successful people.

After handling elevated and premium negotiations. I became impressed by people I had met in the trading industry, which led me to create and become CFO and partner in a corporation called Booze Bridge International Corporation, where we became legally certified through TTB and TABC and therefore focused on international importation of well-known artisan alcoholic beverages. Because of personal reasons, destiny brought me back to Mexico unexpectedly. My sister who is well known in the of Real Estate industry and Vice president of AMPI, persuaded me to become embroiled in this sector, where I agreed upon and became inspired and involved within this environment. I learned and worked alongside amazing and talented people and attended numerous events, visited construction sites (developments) and went through didactical training, which opened doors within networking and knowledge in this area. I was part of the #1 Real Estate brokerage team in Riviera Maya and became top of the list on achieving monetary results within the company. Making 2023 the highest reached year within (incoming monetary results) in sales. I also attended numerous events for developments on the rise, assisted AMPI Events and collaborated on certification training which gave me knowledge. We had meetings each week with developers that presented their projects. My team and I would knowledgeably advise in order to improve quality and create potential for sales and advised on areas that would improve their developments for them to be suitable for clients as well as sales. I brought premium land into the company as well as premium locations and clients. Riviera Maya brought inspiration in my life. I was able to understand the potential within this paradise. I learned techniques and how real estate and developments work specifically within this area. Each place has unique structures (region wise) which reflects a jewel in each location.

WakahChan in not just a jewel, but an inspiring project that was placed in my hands, and now, alongside a top-of-the-line team; I have taken the position as Project manager, so this artistic inspiration becomes a fruitful creation and comes to life in one most outstanding place in the world. Somewhere called paradise.

I have been involved in different artistic areas throughout my life with practice, amazing training and personal inspiration; Music, Dance, visual/plastic art, health, religion, philosophy, Real Estate and business have been a part and an inspiration to me.

WakahChan is not just a development, but a spiritual journey meant to awaken the inspirations within our souls and convert them into a work of art (a way of living) embraced in a beautiful light that will shine as a jewel in the world. A seed that will blossom into peace.
