My mission is to inspire people to contribute to a more balanced world

I was born and raised in the Netherlands. My father owned a construction company, and my mother took good care of my sister and me while he was working. From a young age, I was fascinated by all the homes, apartments and other projects that he had built. When he passed away, I experienced that his soul went out of his body. Ever since then, I have become more spiritual. Now, I believe there is more in and out of this world than the naked eye can see.  

I have a lovely wife and three wonderful children. My drive to do this project is in line with my soul’s mission and I want to give my family a place where they can thrive. Our world is out of balance right now. In WakahChan we can create our own surroundings together with individuals, couples and families that also want to live in a holistic, self-sustaining and modern way in harmony with nature.  

I have been developing projects (solar power plants, real-estate, reforestation) in 9 countries in the past twenty years. I have also performed on stages from weddings to big festivals for the past fifteen years as a singer and guitarist.  

My mission is to inspire people to contribute to a more balanced world. We are inviting people from all over the world to live in WakahChan and to contribute and work on the basis of their passions and missions in life. Looking forward to meeting you
