Completion of Due Diligence
A thorough risk analysis was already conducted when choosing this piece of land. It is now crucial to conduct further investigations to ensure positive due diligence. This will help us identify and manage any hidden risks and ensure that the purchase meets our expectations and goals.
Raising Startup Capital
To maintain exclusivity, we will make a down payment on the land. This allows us to make phased payments while developing the village. We are grateful for the support of our venture investors and partners who have made this possible.
Designing Homes and Apartments
