At this stage, there are two methods for investing in our project

Startup Capital
When you invest in startup capital you are funding the plot (with the title of deed) and the start-up costs (Board, Managementteam (MT) externals and Marketing).
We give a return on investment of 70% of the invested Start Capital. Your invested money, inclusive the 70% profit will be returned after 5 years. You will also get a discount on the property between 3-8% depending on the amount you invest, only if you decide to buy a property at the WakahChan project.
For example: Investing €50.000,– Startup Capital:
(We gave you an example of a property of €250.000,– but we have possibilities in properties and plots from €100.000,– and higher)
the profit will be €35.000,–(70%) after 5 years;
a property of €250.000,–, you will be able to buy with a discount between 3-8% depending on the amount you are investing. In this case the discount will be 6% (€250.000,– x 6% = €15.000,–). You buy the property for €235.000,–
After 5 years you bought a property of €250.000,– for €200.000,–.
€250.000,– – € 35.000,–(70%profit) – € 15.000,– (discount 6%)= €200.000,–.
Discount on the property:
3% for an amount of €25.000,– up to €50.000,– Startup Capital;
6% for an amount of €50.000,– up to €100.000,- Startup Capital;
8% for an amount of €100.000,– or more Startup Capital.

Risk Capital
At this moment we are working on the development of the MasterPlan for the WakahChan project, meaning all the drawings, the calculations (units, facilities infrastructure and selling prices of the units (homes, apartments and plots). When you invest in Risk Capital you are funding our team, final drawings and preparation of sales.
We give a return on investment of 200% of the invested Risk Capital. Your invested money inclusive the 200% profit will be returned after 5 years. You will also get the amount you invested in risk capital as a discount of the price of a property, only if you decide to buy a property at the WakahChan project.
For example: Investing €50.000,– Risk Capital:
(We gave you an example of a property of €250.000,– but we have possibilities in properties and plots from €100.000,– and higher)
- the profit will be €100.000, – (200%) after 5 years.
- if you decide to invest in a property of €250.000,– you will be able to buy this property for €200.000,–
After 5 years: you have bought a property of €250.000 for €100.000, —
€250.000 – €50.000,– (discount) – €100.000,– (200% profit) = €100.000,–
