PHASE 1: Sourcing location, MasterPlan, raising the Startup Capital
November 2023
Since December 2023 we have been raising the necessary capital in order to prepare the Masterplan for realizing WakahChan. Also, we have carefully selected our Team Members who are all purpose driven teamplayers with a proven track record
PHASE 2: Sourcing location, MasterPlan, raising the Startup Capital
After we have carefully selected the perfect location, we will conduct the feasibility study and due diligence. Furthermore, we will make all the concept and final designs after assessing the land (topographical study, ecological study, differences in heights, water resources etcetera). During this time, we will also raise the necessary funds for
March 2024
PHASE 3: Starting the Sales
In the third quarter of 2024 we will start the sales with a Family&Friends period. Then, WakahChan will open the sales to the general public.
Q3 2024
PHASE 4: Preparing the Land and Construction
In this phase, we will prepare the land for construction and we will start with building the infrastructure for WakahChan, like roads, water- and electricity, green areas.
Q1/Q2 2025
PHASE 5: Building facilities and first homes, apartments and lots
On the basis of our MasterPlan, we will work out the planning of the phases of construction.
