Born and raised in the Netherlands. Spent my childhood in an old medieval city in a beautiful wooded area located on one of the Dutch rivers. Perhaps the most beautiful place to grow up as a child.

With a background in social sciences, I accidentally ended up in real estate development. A ‘world’ in which human well-being is determined by quick money and quality is often less important. Human value plays no role in this anyway.

Convinced that things must be different, but that they are also possible, I eventually started developing my own projects from the point of view of sustainability and human value. I now do this worldwide under the name DGVgroup. Not only for ourselves anymore, but we also help others with their dreams of creating special and often unique living environments.

WakahChan is an initiative that gives living a whole new dimension. Human value, respect for nature, allowing its residents to grow and a holistic integrated approach is completely in line with DGVgroup. That makes us join Wakah Chan to make the dream come to fruition together with the others.
